Sr. Director, Creative Licensing
Rachel came to SONGS in 2014 after three years in creative licensing at Atlantic Records. Prior to that she worked with an indie publishing/licensing company and interned in the music department at E! Entertainment. Wanting to go into music supervision/licensing since high school, Rachel created a self-designed degree in Ethnomusicology and Film Studies at Whittier College, where she graduated with honors. She was also recognized as a California Art Scholar for her acceptance into California State Summer School for the Arts with a focus in Film & Video. In addition to her day job, she is a production assistant on Liza Richardson's weekly KCRW radio show. She has many leather-bound books and her apartment smells of rich mahogany.
